This past week, our team at MBD was honored to be apart of Private Label Week, PLMA’s Virtual Tradeshow.

The 5-day virtual event was inspiring and informative. The content of the video presentations were especially interesting this year, as own brands have played such a vital role during the pandemic.

During the event, 36 retailers received Salute to Excellence Awards from PLMA. These awards honor the best new own brand products from this past year. Of 720 entries, 73 products were recognized. The winners were chosen based on taste, performance, packaging, presentation, and value for money. To check out all of the winning products, click here.

Congratulations to our clients 7-Eleven, BJ’s Wholesale Club, PriceSmart, Smart & Final, and Sprouts Farmer’s Market for winning Salute to Excellence awards this year! We are grateful to partner with you to design packaging for such outstanding products.

While we missed inviting you to sit on our comfy white leather couch at our booth, giving you fun tchotchkes, and catching up over a meal in the evenings, it was still such a wonderful week filled with connection and learning opportunities.
